Populární rocková skupina byla založená v roce 1981 ve Varšavě Janem Borysewiczem (ex- Budka Suflera)a Andrzejem Mogielnickim. Název kapely si dali podle svého prvního hitu - Mala Lady Pank.První album s názvem Lady Pank vychází v roce 1983.
