Známá kalifornská rocková skupina. Její “archaický” zvuk měl kořeny v R&R;, R&B; i cajunu. Základ vzniká už v r. 1959, v éře rock´n´rollu. (John se narodil v r. 1945, jeho bratr Tom v r. 1941.)
Od r. 1963 vystupují pod názvem Tommy Fogerty...
